Massage Therapy

Looks like I'm diving right in here with my good ol' stand by earning income while I continue with my art and exploring Cambridge. I am excited to be getting back to bodywork after all my years of Eastern lifestyle; yoga, meditation, travel, new philosophies, inner guidance circles, ecstatic dance, new connections and continuing education with massage and yoga teacher trainings.

Just to get going immediately, I added a page here on my main website MASSAGE THERAPY creating an Massage & Botanical Art feel however, I may need to get a website dedicated to massage 100% as time ticks...it is just simpler for online bookings, we will see. I like to be able to speak with the person 1st, my way is to be very personal and not just be accepting random people online. Most of my clients I will of met through events I am planning to go to and be involved with.

Taking on the new UK lifestyle has been pretty easy for me with the beautiful weather we are having. Being born here I feel I belong 100% and am "back with my own kind" so to say. I'm flowing and fitting in very well. The legalities of not working in Bali was stifling me more than I realized. I am a very mentally & physically active kind of gal and love to be out there, meeting people, revving up business, sharing, learning, educating and creating a fulfilling life earning and yes, spending!

Living life best I can these days with a real wonder as to how it will all be unfolding as I plan to stay on and have Cambridge my home now. It has taken a lot of travel and discoveries of what I am wanting in my life as I age gracefully. I sense Cambridgeshire is a gentle land with academic vibes and the "English-Country-Garden" feel. Loving it!

The Art of Living in Cambridgeshire

Such a turn-a-round for me these past few weeks! I am living in a small village just outside of Cambridge UK and have signed up for some botanical illustration workshops for June and July! Joining the University of Cambridge Botanical Gardens, I have seen beautiful summertime white and bright orange poppies, loads of iris's and fantastic colours galore as I stroll being inspired to get working! The space is small where I am renting but it out in the country so am getting around by bicycle and will be collecting some high end coloured pencils through the local art shop here over the summer as I buy individually for my works based on colour pallets. Diving into coloured pencil work is perfect for this place and space for fine detail can be accomplished through this art form.

Being back in the country of my birth has affected me greatly, hearing my own language flow beautifully from the lips of Cambridgeshire folks is lovely; the etiquette, scholarly way and a bit "frumpy-garden" look is so endearing to me! I am thrilled and wide open for an amazing summer!
