Since finishing up my latest painting, "Peruvian Pinks; Sacred Flower of the Incas", I am back to working on my MEJSPIRIT products! As I am myself On-the-Go again starting tomorrow, I discovered these fanny packs, which I have renamed "Hip Bags" because they are, well, HIP! I am an artist at heart and enjoy the paint to paper process however when traveling and don't have an art space or set-up, this new site I created in 2021 in Bali has been so fun and rewarding. One can follow my insta @mejspirit as well as check out the website. I have most of my most "wow-factor" paintings/images on a variety of products from eco-friendly bikini's, one pieces and variety of home decor to lifestyle items (throw pillows, coffee mugs, yoga mats, tote bags, etc.).
If you're reading this from my MEJSPIRIT News Site, then know I will be completing this "Hip Bag" Collection within the month for you to have fun with mixing and matching a variety of some items like perhaps a water bottle or fresh journal to write down all your dreams while at the beach, cafe or at home!

Sherbert colours here, I'm anxious to bring in some darker depth so staying in next few days other than yoga and some friendly chats. I've been gorging on large beautiful strawberries that are almost a purple colour here in Peru, so sweet, like wild ones but larger!
I'm off to Lake Titicaca soon, in 5 days, to enjoy yet another journey to see this beautiful country. I'll come back to Cusco for another 5 nights then off to Machu for my B-day! I have been making plans to head back to Bali however a little something special has come along so I'll be off to Goa for 6 wks of beach frolicing... through mid December.
I guess I can do yet one more piece then since will have a set-up in Goa next...but for now must concentrate on a bit more UMPHH into this piece! I have been so distracted with my future plans to go to the USA also before heading "home" that I haven't concentrated enough on this "Sacred Flower of the Inca" works. I guess I've been immersing into the vibes here, soaking it all up and enjoying myself...and yes! That is why I travel too, to simply enjoy myself!
Loving my quiet time, enjoying my space, speaking with some good friends online and keeping my inner joy alive, I feel calm, cool and collected. Some wonderful historic/fiction books have come into my life this past week, I am enjoying bedtime with some good reading and the sun seems to come out every day at 6am to bless my lashes with sparkling life, vibrancy and joy. Now, let us put this onto this paper!!

Looks like my colour is purple here! From my jacket and my yoga mat to the curtains on my new Airbnb, not to mention the deep purples I will be integrating into my painting with shadow's, royalty is on my mind. Today is the day the Queen passed in England also so I'll be reflecting on that being British born myself tonight.
Finally made it to Cusco-Peru last night. I am all ready to "get back to work" while I also discover this town. I am here for the month so I am sure I will trod many cobbles before leaving for higher ground later next month.
After traveling 6 days via bus and cramming in an awful lot of adventures from Lima to Cusco, I am feeling the satisfied tiredness coming upon me so this blog will be brief, just wanted to post my new digs and let the painting begin tomorrow again!
