This painting is hanging in my families home in the UK when I had first began playing with watercolours in my Hawaii/San Francisco days. I was able to unframe it to get a good quality photo as I do these days for my portfolio. Even as a beginner I enjoyed using the colour to the max! Petals of Passion is an obvious title, lips & tongue from the petals comin' atcha! The funny thing is back then, I didn't have any knowledge of the sensuality coming through my works but as an adult now, I really can see where I was in life by looking back at past paintings with all the 20 something energy vibrating at top notch! Now at 50, I still feel quite sensual and excited for life but I attribute that to my health & happiness oriented lifestyle combined with freedom of movement/travel. I wish all could experience the freedom of knowing they can create their own lifestyle just by beginning...

Been a good month of printing all my good quality paintings that I am showing at various expos in the future and all my published articles on various medicinal plants and travels. Just wrapping up my Euro/UK summer soon, headed back to living on the equator come September 1st! I feel well refreshed with urbanite inspirations, Mediterranean winds of memories and re-connections with family. This summer has been an uplifting time for me with a few past relationships coming to the fore again, reliving them a bit but happy to be continuing on my own solitary path into life in Asia, India and Nepal. Getting to indulge in wardrobe choices for chic-city living was fun too! Bali has become my "Go-To" for a home base now that I have managed to rent out my home for 2 years straight, whooo-hooo! Means I must stay a nomad...hehe! Keep on keeping on is my motto at mo...starlight, starbright...keep on shining!
