Jungle & Beach; Bali 2024
This visit back to Bali has been full of variations! I started out in a new neighborhood for myself here in Ubud, Penestanan. I got to go to two different yoga centers; Intuitive Flow & Alchemy. I also enjoyed getting back into my Shopify shop, now FAA. Feeling the beach call, I got to spend 10 days on Nusa Lembongan and enjoyed both yoga and gym time there with five star hotel pool. It was divine; gorgeous views, food, sunsets and social interaction!
Heading back to my beloved Ubud I am now in a fabulous AirBnB right across the street from one of the more famous whole food restaurants that have live music, events, great treats and more social interaction than I would ever want actually! Sayuri's is def a place to see and be seen.
In 5 days I move into my longer stint AirBnB with table for painting and also rejoined the gym here along with full access to Yoga Barn, my fave yoga center here for sure.
I have to say, I really have no complaints! Life is good, I feel fine, fit and fabulous. Nothing like getting your 9 hours sleep, days full of fitness and friends, good nutrition and travel!
The traffic seems to of lightened up a bit also so that is a real blessing. I guess July/Aug really IS the worst time to come if you want to avoid traffic and I didn't find the weather all that great in June/July, hence me heading to the south beaches.
I only have 2 months left, towards the end of Oct I head to Uluwatu for 10 days flying to Bangkok November 1st so my 6 month visa won't be used, I will of lasted 5 months. Feeling the city vibes of Bangkok, that great city full of art galleries calling, along with lovely condo smack in the city center by all the sky trams, shopping centers with both gym and pool will be fun and exciting! Really feel my year is planned out well, this post really aught to just be in my journal but I do hope it can be an inspiration to anyone reading. Planning, forethought and financial independence all contribute to my smooth sailing right now. Keep dreaming, thinking, planning, and creating! One step at a time is the only way!
